Keystone is a good mountain. Once you get away from the front side, which has some great runs for beginners, there are some steeper runs for intermediate skiers/riders. The bowls have some great tree runs and there is usually snow back there if it’s an icy day everywhere else. A short hike can take you to some great runs with untouched snow in the Puma Bowl and Outer Limits. There are some bad cat walks at the bottom of the bowls though. It’s harder dealing with these if you’re a snowboarder. It’s one of the closer mountains if you travel from the Front Range though, A-Basin being the only one closer by a few minutes.
